We got to Uzbekistan on October 1st for a 10-day trip, with our hotel and tour arranged through Rayyan Hotel. From reception to housekeeping, everyone was friendly and welcoming, and our room was comfortable, spotless, and well maintained. Breakfast each morning was fresh, with a generous choice of hot and cold dishes. The tour was well organized and educational. We explored Tashkent, Samarkand, and Bukhara, learning about the culture, customs, and food of all three cities. Each had its own character, and the guides’ background and explanations helped us appreciate Uzbekistan more. We stayed at Rayyan hotels in all three cities, and each one was excellent for comfort, cleanliness, and service. It was a memorable, enriching 10 days, and I’d recommend Rayyan Hotel and its tours to anyone visiting Uzbekistan.

The hotel is about 30 minutes from the airport and close to many attractions, which made getting around Tashkent convenient. We had a very nice stay. The clean pool was enjoyable, and the rooms had enough space for our three kids to fit comfortably, a real plus for families. It felt like more than a 3-star hotel. Breakfast had a nice variety, and the service and facilities made our visit pleasant. I’d recommend it to families.

Darya was especially kind and helpful with information about my travel and stay. The reception staff were all good and genuine, and I’m sure they’ll have everyone’s best wishes. My time at rayyan hotel tashkent was peaceful and very positive personally. It’s an important place for travellers to Tashkent, and I’m sure you’ll have a good stay there.

We were comfortable during our three nights here. The hotel is a little downtown, but that worked for us since our tour group provided transport for sightseeing. It has attractive landscaping and a fairly large pool. There are five floors, with the dining hall on the fifth, and every floor has a lounge area by the elevator before you reach the rooms. Our room had a balcony. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and the food was okay for us. All the staff were helpful, and the owner was friendly, generous, and helpful too.

Darya at reception and Ulugbek, who works nights, were both really lovely. They sorted out my transfer, food, and work problems in just a few minutes. Good hotel, and I recommend visiting Rayyan.
