We booked AmarHotel through Booking.com, but the map pin led to an empty spot under a bridge beside the railway tracks, not to the hotel. A taxi ordered through the linked app took us to that exact address, where there was nothing. We were left outside with two small, sick children and a lot of luggage, no way to communicate, and no idea where the hotel actually was. When we contacted them, they offered no help or support. After I complained, they even filed a claim saying I had failed to show up. That's absurd. A hotel that can't give an accurate location or communicate respectfully can't be trusted. This felt dangerous and irresponsible, and I strongly advise against booking here.

The hotel is close to the airport, and we were very satisfied with our stay. The service was friendly, and the rooms were clean and tidy.

The hotel was nice, and the guys working there were nice too.

I'd booked it because it was shown as being near a subway station, but it wasn't close at all. The location in the middle of an auto-related industrial complex was absurd.
