We showed up without a booking, just needing a bed for one night, and they were really helpful. They pointed us to the right place for shopping and told us the correct price. They can also order dinner for delivery or call a taxi. There’s a river within walking distance. The only issue that night came from other guests, probably people who were staying longer for work.

Good flexible service, and a great stay for backpackers. Each dorm room has its own toilet, plus there are two shared toilets and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there’s a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, and a fridge. They accept dollars, Uzbek soms, and euros. A few receptionists speak English, while the others use a translator. There’s just one safe deposit box at reception for valuables or a laptop. Makro supermark and Kapital Bank are a five-minute walk away.

It’s a clean, friendly guesthouse at a budget-friendly price. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, which I liked. The beds are comfortable and have curtains. Wi-Fi was fairly fast, although the signal sometimes didn’t reach the rooms farther inside. Breakfast was enough.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hostel in a room with a big double bed and our own bathroom and toilet. It was quiet and close to the center. Breakfast in the morning was delicious: coffee, tea, pancakes, buckwheat porridge, and peaches. Thank you!

The hostess was so welcoming and happy to help with anything, whether ordering a taxi, suggesting tasty and affordable places to eat, or making tea for the room. At breakfast, and during the stay generally, it felt like visiting a big Uzbek family in a grand house. This small family-run hotel is close to the city center but away from traffic and its noise. You can hear local birds in the morning. The area is charming, with lots of nice, well-kept new private houses, though it may be a bit dark at night. In the courtyard there’s a table under a canopy, and a real stream or small river runs through it, with a bridge across. The nearest metro station costs 8,000-10,000 soums to reach, and a taxi can take you to almost anywhere in the city center.
