The people at Sayyoh Hotel made us feel at home. We stayed for 10 days this January, and everyone was attentive, hardworking, polite, and thoughtful. Nafiza did a perfect job cleaning our room and even speaks foreign languages. The receptionists, manager, and restaurant chef and his team were all lovely too. The modern facilities were comfortable and everything was well organized. Thanks so much to the whole staff.

The breakfast was tasty, and the Wi-Fi worked reliably. I found the location convenient, the room clean, and the staff friendly. It was good value for money and a comfortable place to stay in Tashkent.

Muhammad Aziz was great, and everyone was so polite and helpful whenever we had a question. My family and I had a very good stay, and the breakfast was awesome. Thanks for the hospitality, we'll definitely come back!

On November 2, 2020, my friends and I planned a little birthday surprise with cake and balloons for a friend visiting from overseas who was staying at the hotel. The staff wouldn't let us go up to his room to wish him happy birthday, and they also refused to provide plates, forks, or small cups for the cake and drinks. We stayed in the reception area, but they insisted we leave the building, even though the reception is meant to be open 24/7. They ruined the plans, and we all came away with the worst impression of Sayyoh hotel. The staff were arrogant, rude, and disgusting. There was no hospitality at all, and this kind of unprofessional behavior leaves a terrible impression. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
