The staff did try to help, but I didn’t find them especially friendly. They also had a very heated argument with each other right in front of us. There was a lot of empty packaging in the backyard, too. Our street-facing room was so noisy from traffic that it was hard to fall asleep. We asked to move and were offered another room, but its toilet leaked and left water on the bathroom floor. At least everything else was clean. Still, the place was certainly overpriced, and there are better value options. This has been my worst experience in Uzbekistan so far.

The room was really nice, but breakfast wasn’t good. The pool was unfortunately very cold, and the hammam wasn’t working.

I’m on day two here, and the staff are nice, but the rooms feel very small. Breakfast has been really poor, too. The internet is almost unusable, barely working for WhatsApp and sometimes not even that. Since I work online, it’s a major problem for me. I thought I’d made a better choice when I booked this hotel, but I really regret it now.

It’s cold in the room and there’s no internet. Breakfast was sandwiches, tea, and fruit.

The mattress was covered in a plastic bag, and the room felt stuffy. There wasn’t a remote for the air conditioner. Breakfast was very bad, with loud music playing the whole time. This is a very bad hotel.
