Rivana Boutique Hotel

Having a gym, Turkish hammam, and sauna made a big difference for me. After walking around Tashkent all day, unwinding in the sauna or hammam was wonderful. The gym was equipped well enough for a solid workout, which is a bonus on a longer trip. The location is convenient for getting around and reaching attractions, restaurants, and cafes. My room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with a great bed, strong air-conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi. Everything felt well maintained and set up for travellers. The team were warm and helpful from the moment I arrived, and check-in was easy. Breakfast had plenty of fresh options and was a great start to the day. Mirzo Hotel exceeded my expectations. I’d stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Tashkent.

We stayed for one night. The staff were kind and accommodating, and the clean room was very comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre overall. We’d been told it started at 7am, but when we arrived then, it wasn’t ready and only a few items had been put out. Our early flight meant we also asked about checking in early. We expected a fee, but were quoted 50% of the booking cost, even though the room was already cleaned and available for us to leave our bags in free of charge. We thought that was a very expensive early check-in charge.

The service was lovely, and the staff were really helpful. Breakfast was very nice too.

The breakfast was fresh and tasty, with 2-3 hot options, appetizers, fruits, vegetables, yogurt, and more. My room was super clean, with high-quality bedding and towels, lots of power outlets, and a large bathroom with a full-size tub. The mattress was comfortable, not too soft or too firm. The personnel were exceptional and ready to help with anything. The hotel is a little way from the main attractions, but a taxi cost $2-3, so that didn’t bother me. It exceeded my expectations, and Mirzo Hotel will be my first choice next time I visit.
