I go to Almaz every five months and usually stay two or three days. I went in January, and this time will be my last because the cleanliness wasn't like before. The bedding was dirty, the chairs were dusty, and when I asked reception for a towel, they didn't pay any attention. On earlier visits, there was a pleasant, warm-faced girl at the entrance who gave discounts on the prices, and if something was lacking in the room, she would fix it herself. Now the employees look like a storm cloud and seem aggressive. Please fix these problems.

A comfortable place to stay and work, with affordable prices and parking. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, meeting all technical requirements, and the building is designed with the right architecture. Breakfast is good and service is high quality. Respect!!!

On my recent trip I stayed here, and it seems to be a branch of the main Almaz Hotel. The location is especially handy, right by the main road junction, and the hotel offers metro service, which is hard to find in the city. Prices are reasonable too. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Everything was clean and orderly, which seems to be a hallmark of the place. The manager deserves credit. My room had a soft, comfortable bed and a pleasant shower, with lots of TV channels and excellent internet. There was always good music playing in reception. The breakfast was fantastic. In short, a luxurious and comfortable choice. I recommend it to everyone.
