On the morning of 9 of October, a front desk employee helped me print documents I urgently needed by 8:00 AM for an important event in Tashkent. I’d arrived at 2:00 AM and found all the local copy shops closed, so I was worried about making the deadline. I wasn’t even staying at the hotel, but he kindly stepped in right away and saved me a lot of stress. His thoughtful, professional help was outstanding service. Please pass on my thanks and recognize him.

The hotel is quiet and very clean, with spacious rooms that had everything I needed. Breakfast was substantial and suited different tastes. It’s conveniently placed for getting around and enjoying activities, with restaurants and a main supermarket nearby and the markets within easy walking distance. The staff were polite and helpful throughout the week I stayed in November to enjoy Tashkent, Uzbekistan. I was satisfied with every aspect and would highly recommend it. I’d definitely stay again.
