Hilton Tashkent City

My wife and I began our 2025 vacation here for her birthday, and the stay was fantastic from start to finish. The staff made it memorable and were easy to communicate with. They arranged a private airport transfer and decorated the room just as I requested, with no issues. The location and security were another big plus: it's in the same compound as the mall, with a gated entrance to the whole area. A 10/10 experience, and I can't imagine a better place to stay in Tashkent.

The front desk encounter set the tone for a very bad stay. When my wife and I arrived to check in, the woman there gave us looks, spoke rudely, seemed annoyed, and treated us with open disrespect. I still don't know why. We're Uzbek, and although I'm a U.S. citizen, we come back to Uzbekistan every few years. Being treated that way in my own country felt shameful. She was completely unprofessional. The rest of the stay didn't make up for it. Service was slow and careless, and the rooms looked attractive in photos but seemed poorly maintained in person. Hilton Tashkent felt overpriced for what it delivered, and it wasn't the Hilton standard we're used to in the U.S. The experience was horrible from beginning to end. If you respect yourself and your family, go somewhere better. Don’t come here 🔴

The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I had an incredible stay, and the location was just right. Everything went beyond what I expected. I’ll definitely be back.

The restaurant on the upper floor was a highlight, with a beautiful panoramic view over Tashkent City Park and the surrounding area. The hotel is right by the park and near shopping and entertainment, which makes the location excellent. Hilton Tashkent City feels modern and thoughtfully designed. Its atmosphere is both welcoming and professional, the staff are courteous and attentive, and the facilities are clean and well cared for. It’s a high-quality place that reflects Hilton’s international standards.
