The Time Hotel

Breakfast was supposed to be included, but the service was inadequate each morning. Most items weren’t available, and when we asked, we were told the hotel had many guests and had run out of supplies. The staff member serving guests was courteous, but that didn’t make up for it. I’d booked through Booking.com at a confirmed rate, yet when I arrived late at night, the front desk charged more than the booking said. With no alternatives at that hour, I had to pay the higher amount. The experience left me disappointed with both the transparency and hospitality. I can’t recommend the Time Hotel in Tashkent and won’t return.

The room was neat, the service was excellent, and nobody knocked on the door or bothered us. We also had a very good view. The staff were especially helpful and friendly, particularly Mr Umed and Mr Akober, whose English was very good. They suggested places to visit, which really helped us. I’d happily recommend a visit, especially to English speakers, since it can be hard to find a receptionist who speaks English well. Thank you 🙏🏻.

I stayed at @thetimehoteluz for 4D 3N, from 12 - 15 Oct. I had a connection problem when I arrived at the airport and couldn’t book a taxi, so I called the hotel. Their staff arranged one for me, which was a big help. The hotel is about 20 minutes from Tashkent Airport. The room was clean and looked new, and the AC, Wifi, and fridge all worked well. Breakfast was good and had plenty of options. Staff were kind and helpful, always greeting me when I passed reception. One of them even wished me a happy birthday. I changed USD at the hotel at an okay rate, 1 USD = 12,600 som. The price was affordable, 425.26 dhs for 4D. I paid directly through Agoda or at the hotel, by card or cash. Card payment had a 2% bank charge. A couple of things could be better: opening the balcony door was really difficult, and although the TV worked, I couldn’t understand the language. If they know guests are foreigners, it would help to set the TV to English. Still, I had a great stay and recommend the hotel 😊💫

The hotel was absolutely clean and had all the facilities I needed for my one-night stay. Abubakkar deserves special thanks: he was marvelous, explained things clearly, and helped in a very professional way. It was an amazing experience.
