The room was clean, and that was about it. Mine had a shared bathroom and no window. The bed squeaked loudly, and the thin door let in lots of noise and light from outside late into the night. There was no trash bin, kettle, or cups, and the room looked very worn. The toilet seat wouldn’t stay fixed and was always wet. Way too expensive for this dump.

We booked through the official Air Art Hotel website months ahead, but after a problem with the first hotel, we were sent to this rundown place instead. We’d had breakfast included at the original hotel, but there was no breakfast here. Our room smelled of smoke covered with air freshener, and the sheets were dirty and full of hair. The towels were damp, torn, and full of holes. The carpet was stained, the sink was tiny, and the toilet seat was loose and on the floor. The receptionist didn’t speak English. The photos attached show what it was like.

We only got the price down to €28 for a night without breakfast, and I’d never stay here again. My friend and I were sent here around midnight after our reservation at Art Air Hotel, booked through its official website, wasn’t on the list. We were told this was a better hotel, but it turned out to be a B&B with different amenities, no breakfast, and no water dispenser. The photos show the rusty sink, broken tiles, stained carpet and sheets, and broken chair. The whole reservation situation was absurd.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Don’t expect to come here and get everything you need. The rooms and service are terrible, and it’s worth “0”.
