Nice.

The fifth floor restaurant has a special feel, with its panoramic mountain views. You can sit and eat there, though the second floor has lovely views too. The resort sits between two mountains, with beautiful scenery on both sides, clean air, and a peaceful atmosphere. There’s a nearby cable car like the one on Kok-Tobe in Almaty, with stunning views of the reservoir. Even a short visit to the area seems worthwhile for the nature and panoramas. We drove about 70-80 km, roughly an hour and a half, after crossing the Kazakhstan-Uzbekistan border. Rain may have slowed us down; I think it would be quicker on a sunny day. I was also glad to find restaurants and recreational facilities nearby. Resorts often have little infrastructure, but you can get around here by taxi or your own car and find different things to do. We arrived very late, but the receptionist greeted us warmly, helped us settle in, and arranged dinner after our journey. That was much appreciated. We visit Uzbekistan at least once a year, especially Tashkent, and always feel the genuine hospitality. The word "meyman," meaning guest, really does have a special meaning here. People, especially visitors from other countries, are treated so well. There was plenty of food, with buffet meals three times a day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There were fish, meat, and all kinds of distinctive dishes. They take requests into account, and you can tell the food is well cared for. The place is new, fresh, clean, and tidy, with excellent sanitary conditions. Our room was cleaned and the towels changed every day, up to the standard of a good hotel. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout. There are treatment options including massage, physiotherapy, acupuncture, and cupping. I especially liked the massage chairs. In Kazakhstan you usually pay by the minute, but here they’re unlimited and available on every floor, so you can use them as much as you like. There’s also a swimming pool, with separate access times for men and women, which I liked, plus an outdoor pool. The children’s play areas are excellent. My kids especially loved the third floor playground and literally didn’t want to leave. Evenings have dancing and board games, and there’s billiards, table tennis, and outdoor recreation areas as well. Another useful detail: unlike some resorts that ask you to bring test results in advance, here you can get tested on site quickly and for free. I’d wholeheartedly recommend the place for relaxation and recovery, especially if you want treatment, comfort, and mountain scenery together.

We came from Kazakhstan to relax and get treatment, and stayed in Room 304. It’s a wonderful place. The staff, doctors, and kitchen team were all very polite. The food was especially delicious and natural, and our room was super clean. They cleaned it and changed things every day. The nature is super too. We’re delighted and recommend it to everyone. Everything was clean, the food was delicious 👍👍🤩🤩🤩💥💥💥

Everyone in my family was delighted with our stay. The staff were friendly and polite, and the rooms were clean. The food stood out most of all, with such a varied and delicious menu. Thanks to everyone, we really enjoyed it!
