I booked a room for two, but it wasn't clean when we arrived. We decided to leave after about 10 minutes and asked for a refund. I still don't understand why they required prepayment. They said the money would be returned that day, but it wasn't. The owner was friendly at first, then began messaging me to invite me to lunch or dinner. I still hadn't received my money the next day. When I followed up on the third day, they said they'd lost my card details. I only got the refund that day after going there in person. Such a disappointing experience, completely unprofessional and unethical. I'd never had anything like this before.

We cancelled and left the hotel. We'd booked a large double bed, but were given two twin beds pushed together. When we told the receptionist it wasn't the room we'd chosen, she checked and said the water heater in our booked room wasn't working. I asked to see that room, but she didn't respond until we called her out. She was unreasonable and unaccommodating. They need to change that staff member.

The staff, cleanliness, safety, security, and food were all good, and I loved staying here. I visited this amazing city for a short time and had a wonderful experience at the hotel. I'd honestly recommend visiting at least once on your next trip.
