They charged me twice for one night because they couldn't find my reservation, and I'm still waiting to find out whether they'll refund the second charge. The breakfast was very old, and I don't think it had been cooked that day. I also tried to book a second night when the website showed availability, but was told they were full.
The property is good and conveniently located, but my week-long stay was unpleasant. The staff seemed untrained, and I had concerns about safety.
No toilet paper, no housekeeping, and other basic things were missing. Customer service was absent too. One of the worst places I've stayed, please avoid it.
