The hotel was only about six months old when we stayed, and the rooms were new and clean. It's fairly near the main sights, with the TV tower a 20-minute walk away, though taxis are inexpensive. The staff were professional and very polite. The price was mid-range and the hotel itself was decent, but we were unpleasantly surprised to find that payment wasn't handled through Booking.com. A staff member explained it politely, but I think that should be made clear at check-in. As I understand it, Booking.com has no representative office in the country, and hotels don't want to pay both VAT and the website fee, so they refused us.
