Ahmad at reception deserves special thanks. He was professional and warm, handled every request quickly and efficiently, and showed real care and hospitality. He made the stay more memorable. We had a wonderful business trip stay at Panarams Tashkent Hotel. Everything felt welcoming and smooth from arrival. The rooms, especially on the second floor, were spotless and comfortable after a long journey. The staff were friendly and made sure we had what we needed, and breakfast was delicious.

Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of variety and fresh food. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were welcoming, and the facilities were excellent. We had a pleasant, relaxing stay in Tashkent and would happily come back.

The spa massage was the best I’ve had in years. Ask for Irena. There’s a nice pool and wet and dry saunas, though the dry sauna was at 120 degrees one day with nobody checking it, then barely warm the next. A steady temperature, perhaps 80, would help, and guests should be asked to shower before getting into the pool. At the bar, you can’t order a glass of wine, only a bottle. I’m not sure what they think of us as foreigners. Panarams by Radisson is relatively new, well located, and has spacious, very clean rooms. Breakfast is good, and the hotel has spa facilities, three bars and two restaurants. It also works well for conferences and networking. The hotel has potential, but there are a few things to improve. Room AC is centrally controlled, so you can’t set the temperature yourself, and in many rooms the windows don’t open. That seems easy enough to fix if there’s a will. Otherwise, it’s a very nice hotel, and I might return. Management should pay attention to the little things, because they count.

The place is very well maintained, from reception and catering to entertainment and cleanliness. There was live music at breakfast, along with prosecco, and everyone spoke English and had great manners. We had a cable issue, and an IT person fixed it right away. You really feel looked after here, with top-class service. I definitely recommend it in Tashkent.
