We paid 11,000,000 Com after booking 2x2 with breakfast. When we arrived on August 7, 2025, they offered one single room and one triple room. To get 2x2, we were told we'd need to pay a little over USD 200 more. That felt like the first rip-off. Breakfast wasn't abundant, though we could pick up anything missing at Korzinka. My wife had a disability, and on August 8 Tanja, who runs the house, took wonderful care of her, including accompanying her to all her doctor's appointments until late at night. Tanja then went home and her sister took over. Everything went smoothly until our last day, when five hours before departure they demanded another 1,125,000 Com, claiming the money was missing from their cash register. We refused. A little later, their representative came back and said she'd checked again and we'd actually paid a bit too much. Very disappointing. It felt like another attempt to rip us off because we were wealthy Germans.

The worst part happened around 00:30, when the landlord came into our room three times shouting, “If you want to sleep, you have to pay extra; the price you paid is wrong according to the app!” He only left after we mentioned the police. They seem interested only in money. He also doesn't issue invoices, apparently to evade taxes, while still charging an extra fee for tax purposes. He even asks for any receipts you have, presumably so he can deduct them as tax expenses. What a shame.

The courtyard is lovely and there's a pool, but this place is very poor value and I wouldn't recommend it. There are dead ants around, a barking dog, and the manager is rude. The window faces the street, and they may close it for you or open it when complaining. There's also an old boiler that leaks and has an open flame, so if you forget to light it at night, you could burn your hair. Way overpriced.

We arrived in Tashkent after midnight with our two children, and the hotel we'd booked wasn't available until morning, so we had nowhere to stay. We found this guesthouse in a good area with plenty of infrastructure nearby, and it was cozy, clean, and lovely. Around 2 a.m. we were hungry, but every food place was closed. A huge thank you to Tatyana and her daughter Yulia, who made us an omelet and gave us tea, coffee, salad, flatbread with butter, and honey. After that, our stay was comfortable and pleasant, it felt like home. Thank you for the warmth and comfort. If we come to Tashkent again, we'll stay with you. There was one bad moment. An old friend of the owners stopped by and yelled loudly on the phone for a long time about problems with his car repairs. He ignored that there were children, that we were there, and that we and the other guests were very uncomfortable hearing his foul language and obnoxious shouting.
