The service was rude and unprofessional, which made this a very disappointing stay. I won't return or recommend the hotel. There also aren't places to eat nearby, which made the location inconvenient. I booked a room for two at $32 USD, but the receptionist insisted I pay cash. When I chose to use my card, I was charged £33 GBP instead, far more than the agreed price. They asked for my passport, which was fine, then demanded my wife's passport and even a marriage certificate, though that isn't a legal requirement in this country.

The hotel itself is good and worth staying at, but the reception and staff were awful. They were so loud at night that I couldn't sleep, even having phone conversations on speaker. I hope they read this and change things, because the hotel could be one of the best.
