The staff were really friendly. Although the restaurant wasn't open while I was there, they arranged breakfast from another restaurant. It's a great new hotel with a good standard. The one drawback was that I couldn't adjust the heater. I learned that's standard there, and you have to open the window to change the room temperature.

I was at Almalyk Plaza Hotel in February 2023, and it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The place is modern and nice, and all the staff were helpful and friendly. Monica especially stood out, her English was great. I'll stay again.
