Darhan Boutique Hotel

We stayed with our family and kids for three nights. The hotel was clean, reasonably priced, and quiet, but the management’s conduct made this a place I’d strongly advise others to avoid. At checkout, staff inspected the room aggressively, said there were stains on a bedsheet and towel, and demanded a penalty without showing proof or allowing discussion. They blocked the main gate so we couldn’t leave until we paid. Buttar, who was at reception on the morning shift, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He raised his voice and threatened to call the police and sue me in court unless I paid more than a night’s stay. He even said, “Do not come to my hotel again,” which was shocking and deeply disrespectful. I tried calling the manager, Taimor, but he never answered, and seemed uninterested in resolving guest concerns or doing his job. The one good interaction we had was with Samandar on the night shift, who was polite and respectful. I paid to end the ordeal, and will never return. The hotel may be clean and budget-friendly, but the management’s unethical behavior, intimidation, and lack of professionalism were unacceptable.

I stayed at Darhan Boutique Hotel for many days, and everything was good. The breakfast was so delicious it left me with remarkable insights. Everyone was friendly and always ready to help, especially the buddies at reception, and the rooms were very clean. Darhan Boutique Hotel was the best option in my experience. Thank you for everything!!!

The bathroom in the king-size room on the 5th floor was really bad.

I didn't have a single good feeling here, so I don't want to come back.
