The location is convenient, but there are better hotels elsewhere in Tashkent, so I wouldn't stay here again. Staff and service were awful. They locked me out of my room with my belongings inside, and then Artur tried to shortchange me by $35. I asked for change from $100 to pay the hotel. He claimed it was worth 880,000 soums, though the rate was closer to 1,250,000. Rude and unprofessional.

The toilet door scraped the floor and was hard to open. At night it was hot, with no light blankets available. A glass split in two when I poured tea into it, splashing a little boiling water on me, but thankfully I was okay.

Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were polite and helpful. My room, though, had street noise coming in as if the window were open because the seals were dried out. The shower head and the rest of the bathroom were broken. For a mid-range hotel, that was disappointing.

The room was clean and had everything I needed, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The location is good too. For the price, I'd call it the best hotel in Tashkent. Highly recommend.
