If you’re visiting Andijan for business or want a central base with decent facilities, this could work. It has amenities such as a pool, restaurant, comfortable rooms, and business-centre features. Staff speak English, which may help international guests who aren’t fluent in Uzbek or Russian. Vella Elegant Hotel is a solid mid-to-upper-range option with a good location and plenty of amenities. The experience can vary quite a bit by room, floor, and upkeep, though, and a “better” room may cost more. I’d make sure the room is well maintained and check what’s included for breakfast and laundry, as well as ask about noise.

The rooms are just moderate, and breakfast has very few choices. There aren’t vegetarian foods, so you have to make do with the limited fruit. It’s close to Andijon railway station.

We stayed for two nights in a comfortable, reasonably priced room for 350.000. There are cheaper budget rooms away from the main entrance, for 150.000-200.000, and they’re still quite nice. We’ll choose one of those next time. The buffet breakfast was tasty, and the hotel is very close to the train station.

Really nice hotel, with helpful people and a clean, comfortable room. The Wi-Fi was fast, the buffet breakfast was huge, and the price was affordable. Highly recommend it!
