This is a great little hotel for the price, right in Khiva's Old Town. Hotels and attractions are a two-minute walk away, but the place is still quiet. The rooftop is lovely, with views over the Old Town, and we had breakfast up there. Staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the start. The rooms are a bit basic, but comfortable and had everything we needed. Air-con and Wi-Fi both worked well. If you want a good-value, no-frills place in a great spot with friendly staff, this is perfect.

The rooftop looks out over the ancient city, and the rooms were immaculate. The family made us feel so welcome, their hospitality was heartwarming. We had an unforgettable stay at Zukhro Boutique Hotel, which went beyond what we expected. A perfect mix of comfort and local charm. Highly recommend!

We stayed in January, and the staff's warmth and kindness really stood out. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the rooftop view was stunning. It's a wonderful family-run hotel, highly recommended for a visit to Khiva!

I arranged a private trip from the hotel to see the fortresses outside Khiva, and it was an amazing experience. The main attractions were only a short walk away. The hotel was very clean, with a beautiful terrace view, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I truly felt like part of the family and highly recommend staying here.
