The rooms were okay and had air conditioning, though where you end up matters: the road-facing side was loud and busy, while the other side got kitchen fumes and constant noise. Most nights there was also some kind of private celebration, very loud and going on until late, so sleeping was difficult. There was an unpleasant sewer smell in the bathroom almost all the time. Food was pretty cheap, but the restaurant staff often forgot about me or mixed up my orders, and only a few seemed professional. As far as I could tell, just one woman in the restaurant spoke English; nobody else in the hotel did.
