The staff were so friendly and made us feel welcome, always doing their best to help during our visit. Breakfast was a highlight, with lots of traditional dishes freshly prepared by the wonderful women in the kitchen. The hotel itself is modern, with large, clean rooms and a practical spot near the airport and Stravinsky museum. Highly recommended, and thanks for the hospitality!

After our two-day 4x4 trip around the Aral Sea, we arrived exhausted and found check-in quick, but the rooms were dated and the furniture was in poor condition. There weren’t any plugs by the bed, or really anywhere convenient. We had to move the whole bed to find one, uncovering dust and a broken lamp plug. The shower head was broken and wouldn’t stay on the wall. I’m used to very low standards, but this still wasn’t worth it, and I wouldn’t recommend it. The yurts we stayed in at the Aral Sea were much cleaner, better organized, and more practical.

On my second visit, I was pleasantly surprised by how much this hotel near Nukus Airport had improved. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and all the facilities work well. The service has also gotten much better. The young receptionists respond quickly, sort out problems, and are always smiling. Thanks to management for looking after guests this way, and for choosing such a good team. I highly recommend the place.

A nice budget hotel. The staff are excellent, and the cleaning is above standard. All in all, a good stay.
