We spent five nights and six days at Marmaris Saray Hotel, and it was a really great stay. The place was peaceful, clean, comfortable, and well looked after, with roomy, cozy rooms cleaned daily. It was a nice atmosphere to come back to after exploring Tashkent. Getting to transport, restaurants, and the main attractions was easy, and breakfast was fresh, tasty, and varied. The guest service team made a big difference. Abdul Aziz, Said, and Akbar were polite, friendly, professional, and very helpful from check-in through the rest of our stay. They checked that we were comfortable and had what we needed. The hotel offers great comfort and service for the price. I'd definitely stay at Marmaris Saray Hotel again on my next visit, and highly recommend it.

The soundproofing wasn't done well. I've stayed in four hotels so far, and it seems to be a common issue in Tashkent, maybe across Uzbekistan. If you're choosing this hotel specifically for sound isolation, other hotels probably have the same problem. I'd still stay here for the clean rooms and nice breakfast. The area is quiet and calm, with some embassies nearby, so safety felt quite all right. It's about a 15-minute walk to the Subway. It's great value for the price. Breakfast had lots of variety, and the administrators were helpful. I got their names to mention them: Bekzad, the night shift receptionist, was quick to solve an issue. Akbarjan and Saidaziz at the front desk were attentive, and Mrs. Nilufer and Anvar were kind and helpful.

Breakfast was a real standout, with dozens of choices from salads and hot dishes to fruit and desserts. It runs from 7:00 to 10:00 AM, handy if you have plans early. The Marmaris Saray Hotel is also well placed: a short walk to the main road gets you to restaurants, and the metro is around 15 minutes away on foot. My room felt comfortable, with a bed at just the right firmness, a thoughtfully laid-out bathroom, and modern, clean facilities. The front desk team were friendly, polite, and quick to sort things out. Saidaziz stood out for greeting guests as they headed out and asking for feedback at checkout. You could tell they put effort into the guest experience. For the price, I thought it was great value. I’d give it 120 out of 100 and recommend it highly.

The team made me feel at home, and breakfast was delicious. My room was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed. I enjoyed my time at Marmaris Saray Hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting Marmaris. The hospitality was lovely and the price was good value.

Housekeeping was the weak point during my stay. The room wasn't cleaned consistently, and some small details and amenities were missed. The front desk, though, was great: Sayed and the rest of the staff were welcoming, check-in went smoothly, and they were always ready to help with a smile. It's a nice place, and better housekeeping would make the stay much better.
