The reception staff were very friendly, and the hotel looks nice from the outside. Inside, though, the room felt quite dated. It’s far from the old city, and there’s just one air conditioner in the living room. The bathroom smelled, and we had no hot water during our stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful, though some didn’t speak English. The internet connection was poor. My room wasn’t made up, and I’m not sure whether they offer housekeeping, but I didn’t mind that. The real problem was the shower: barely any water came out, and it got worse while I was washing my hair. Staff called a plumber, and it was fixed after an hour and a half. The room itself wasn’t dirty, just not cleaned up.

The room was clean, spacious, and bright, with a bathtub, shower, and toilet inside. It also had a kettle, AC, TV, Wi-Fi, and indoor slippers. The hotel is comfortable and affordable, and the receptionist was nice. It’s much better than most nearby hotels. Thanks for a great stay, I’ll bring my friends next time.
