We needed a place near the station before a very early train, and this worked well. The room was comfortable and very clean, and the staff made the atmosphere feel warm and welcoming. Special thanks to the two young men at reception and on the night shift, and to the manager. They were genuinely kind and attentive. After dinner in town, we had a particularly pleasant evening with cake, an infusion, and interesting conversation. The staff also packed breakfast lunch boxes for our early train, which we really appreciated. A convenient and pleasant stay near the station, with lovely staff.

Being right by the station is handy after a long trip. The hotel is spotless, and the staff are friendly, kind, and helpful. Breakfast was good. You’ll need to order a cab to reach the main landmarks, but the staff can arrange one, so it’s easy.

My parents and I had a very good stay. The facilities were excellent and the service met our needs. Our room was extremely clean, and staff kept it that way each day. There was lots of food variety, and everything looked and tasted fresh. It was a great experience and good value, and I'd recommend it to travelers.

The railway station is only a one-minute walk away, which made travel really convenient. We had an early train and couldn't make it to the buffet, so the staff thoughtfully packed breakfast for us. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and spoke English fluently, so communication was easy. Room service was excellent and made the stay comfortable. We'd happily recommend this hotel for its service, location, and warm feel.

After a day exploring, our clean, comfortable room felt like a cozy place to return to. The buffet breakfast was delicious, too. The staff were thoughtful and very helpful, going out of their way to make us feel at home. With the railway station nearby, it was easy to get to the city's attractions. We had a wonderful stay at the Old Station Hotel in Samarkand and would recommend it for the warm hospitality, cleanliness, and service.
