We were only there briefly, but it was a wonderful stay. The peaceful, beautiful garden stood out, and the hotel was clean and well organized. The staff were attentive. I’d choose this place again if I’m back in Samarkand.

I keep coming back here. It’s a hidden gem, very clean, with great service and an amazing pool. The train station is less than 10 minutes away, Registan takes about 15-20 minutes, and Samarkand City is a bit farther. There was a very large gathering while we were there. The next morning, it sounded like there was some kind of loud Hebrew prayer outside by the pool, which was disturbing. Otherwise, it’s a great spot.

The hotel was acceptable for a couple of nights, but my stay was spoiled as soon as I entered the lobby. Umid or Umed had a terrible attitude and seemed to have no understanding of customer service. He spoke arrogantly and in a forceful, commanding voice that made me uncomfortable. That first impression was enough to ruin the whole stay.

The hotel feels very clean and quiet, and its style reflects the city’s history. Breakfast was great, with local specialties. The best part was the team, who were kind and professional. A stay to remember!
