The staff made me feel looked after from the moment I arrived, greeting me warmly and helping with questions and requests. Reception was efficient and accommodating, and housekeeping kept the room spotless. The public areas, including the lobby and dining spaces, felt welcoming and comfortable too. My room was spacious, clean, and well cared for, and the hotel had an elegant, inviting atmosphere. The quality was better than I expected. I had a really great stay and will definitely come back :)

This brand new hotel is centrally located, close to all the major parts of the city. The service staff are attentive and always nearby if you need anything. The rooms are modern and have all the amenities. If one of the two apartments on the main floor is available, the extra space is well worth it. Breakfast was very good. If you have a late dinner or a traditional snack later in the evening, ask the manager about a special serving of homemade wine from Georgia, with the special tomatoes. You won’t regret it.

I felt comfortable and relaxed here, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere, comfortable beds, and well-designed shared areas. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the facilities and amenities were top-notch. Staff were friendly and attentive, gave useful information, and dealt with any concerns promptly. Everybody smiles and is helpful at this treasure of a hotel. The inside and outside of the building are shaped like an oriental palace, which is so nice. Modern room and good breakfast. For sure, the best in Samarkand.

The manager, Shafkat, was so attentive, and everyone welcomed us with open arms. The staff were friendly and paid close attention to what we needed throughout the stay. I’m really glad we chose this hotel. I’ll definitely come back with my family in August. God bless you!
