The location worked well for getting to Registan Square and the other main sights by a short drive, and the staff were glad to arrange taxis or suggest places to visit. Amir at reception deserves special thanks for helping us plan day trips. The team made us feel welcome right from arrival, handled check-in quickly, and even carried our bags. Service stayed warm throughout. We had a Luxe Family Room. It was spacious, spotless, nicely furnished, and had modern amenities with a bit of local charm. The bed was very comfortable, and despite being near the main road, the room was quiet. The whole hotel is alcohol-free and offers halal meals, which made our family feel comfortable. Wi-Fi was free and worked throughout the property. There’s also a well-equipped gym open 24/7 and a pleasant garden for relaxing in the evening. Breakfast was included, with fresh fruit, Uzbek dishes such as plov and samsa, pastries, eggs, and hot drinks. Everything was tasty and well prepared. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and tried the signature beef kebabs, some of the best we’ve eaten in Uzbekistan. This was an incredible find in Samarkand and exceeded my expectations. We’ll stay here again next time, and I’d recommend it to families and travelers looking for a friendly, comfortable, high-quality hotel.
