Like Inn Hotel

There were repairs going on on the first floor, and it was noisy. I’d take off a star for that, but the receptionist was extremely friendly, affable, and helpful, so I’m giving five stars. The hotel is quite nice and in a decent location. It’s not very touristy, but there’s a large street market and lots of small shops within walking distance. There isn’t high-quality local food in the area, though the pan-Asian and European restaurants are nice. The air conditioning works just about well, and the hotel cafe is good enough, with a fairly large breakfast.

We were allowed to stay until 4 pm even though checkout was at noon, since our train was at 4. Mr.dilshod was kind and helpful, and really looked after his guests. The hotel was clean and hygienic. Best wishes to him and the hotel. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The location worked well for us: you can walk to places on the same street, and the main sights are 10-15 minutes away by taxi. Reception suggested Yandex Go, with rides costing about $1-4, instead of taking a regular taxi. There’s also a restaurant in the hotel with a rather fancy feel and good prices for snacks throughout the day. We stayed three nights on our first visit to Uzbekistan, and the four-bedroom room had comfortable beds, working AC and Wi-Fi, and was cleaned when we asked. Dilshod at reception spoke English, was very polite, helped us with every situation, and gave us a better price than the one online. The reception staff, including the night receptionist, stood to greet us whenever we came or went. They were consistently helpful. Our booking included breakfast, but two of us were fasting, so staff prepared food for us at 3 am for suhoor instead. The rooms also had prayer mats and an arrow pointing toward the Qibla. We had an 11-month-old with us who didn’t need an extra bed, and the hotel was perfectly fine with that, even though the listing says no children. My parents were as happy with the hotel and staff as I was. We were impressed and would strongly recommend it for the price. I’d read comments saying the walls were hollow and you could hear nearby guests, but we didn’t have that experience.

I’d recommend this place for a business stay, especially because of the service from Dilshod and the rest of the staff. Dilshod at reception was polite, honest, and sharp. Sorry, I can’t recall everyone else’s names. The food was good, too, and the hotel feels new, with bright rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. It’s near the train station. For the older sights, you’ll need to take a taxi. Thanks.
