The room was clean, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the service and room quality were excellent. I was impressed by how well all the employees spoke English. Sage in particular was excellent. We went on a tour, and he taught me a lot about Uzbek culture. He also helped me buy some things at local prices. Thanks again for the great service! :)

The rooms were clean, and the location was great. The family who own the place did their best and went out of their way to help us make our stay go smoothly. They even arranged transportation for us while we were visiting another city, without being asked or expecting anything. I’d recommend it for a comfortable, no-frills stay.

The service was good, and my room was clean, though a little small. The old town location is good, but the surroundings are dusty. Breakfast wasn’t very good, with few hot items.

Faruh and his mother, Nargiz, give KoK Saroy Plaza a real family feel. Faruh is attentive and personally makes sure guests are comfortable, while Nargiz brings a lot of warmth to the place. From arrival, the owners and staff make you feel welcome. The front desk team are especially professional and friendly, and ready to help with any request. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. KoK Saroy Plasa combines that homely feeling with great service and a welcoming atmosphere that left me relaxed and valued. It would suit a business trip or a holiday.
