The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay in Samarkand. At the front desk, they greeted me warmly, and the team did their best to help with what I needed. They assisted with translation and shared useful information about the area. I really enjoyed staying here and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Uzbekistan.

We were 60 people from the UK, and the hotel looked beautiful and modern. The service was great, and they were helpful when we needed a taxi or food.
