The rooms are modern and clean, and the hotel itself is very nice. The staff, though, were reluctant to suggest restaurants and only wanted us to eat at the in house restaurant. Also, don't stay here if you want to be near Samarkand's main tourist areas.

Azizjon and Khusan helped me beyond what I expected. They were friendly, welcoming, and professional, and I felt safe and at home. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Samarkand.

This place is absolutely clean, with a spacious lobby, and it's really modern, though a little far outside. My complaint is about the smoking policy. During booking, you ask whether I smoke or not, but when I arrived I found out the hotel was non smoking, even on the balcony. That should be made clear in the booking process. I canceled, and it cost me half a day of my holiday. If you said upfront that it's a non smoking hotel, you'd likely have more customers and avoid complaints. I can't say much else about the hotel.

I would give this a minus rating if I could. I'm leaving a review here because this place isn't even on Google Maps. M&A lounge & bar was one of the worst experiences I've had anywhere, including Uzbekistan. Communication was awful, the prices were ridiculously high, and the service was just bad. The steak was completely overcooked. Unacceptable.
