The main drawback for me was the location: it's inconveniently far from most sights and places to eat. I'd suggest staying elsewhere unless you have your own vehicle or are happy to use taxis all the time. The room itself was clean and in good condition. Breakfast came as a set meal, but there was plenty of it. The bed was a little hard, and the bathroom had a bit of a smell, which unfortunately seems common in Uzbekistan.

If you're after somewhere relaxing, I recommend this place. It has a great atmosphere outside, and the staff are very friendly and will provide what you need. Breakfast is good, though it was the same each day, especially that strawberry jam. It's a little far from the main city, but Yandex taxis are cheap, and in good weather you can walk to nearby tourist spots.
