The owner was kind and attentive, always around with useful advice or a quick fix when we needed something. That made us feel really welcome. It's a short walk to the local market and very close to the old town, a great base for exploring. A wonderful stay, highly recommended.

The owner was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help me, which made my stay in Bukhara stress-free and enjoyable. I accidentally left my AirPods behind, and he arranged to have them sent to me in Samarkand and helped make sure they were packed carefully. The hotel is also just a short walk from the city's main attractions. Highly recommended!

Ayoub and his family made us feel completely at home. When my daughter came down with acute tonsilitis, Ayoub took us to the doctor, helped translate, and got us a quick appointment. I'm so grateful for all his help. This family-run hotel is also in a great spot for walking to the Ismail Samani Mausoleum, Ark of Bukhara, and the Bolo Hauz Mosque, with cafes and restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean, and breakfast is delicious, with options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

The family running this newly established hotel made us feel very welcome. The owner, and sometimes his family, served free tea and offered honest advice when we wanted it without hovering. They were also happy to listen to us talk about our day. It's a little away from the touristy downtown area, which makes evenings quieter, but the central sights are still an easy walk away. That level of hospitality is rare these days. Highly recommended!
