The location is excellent, just a two-minute walk to the center of the old town, while the hotel itself stays peaceful. The courtyard is lovely, and the restored Caravanersary building has nicely furnished rooms. We liked unwinding with a drink on the second-floor terrace each evening. The owner was especially helpful. He let us check in early and check out late at no charge, helped with our luggage, and was kind to our two-year-old. The rest of the staff were very friendly too. There was plenty of choice at breakfast, and we enjoyed it. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it to families.

The service stood out most, everyone was kind, caring, and smiling. Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the setting in the heart of old Bukhara felt magical, like being inside a novel. You MUST come here when visiting Bukhara!

The breakfast was fresh and delicious, even if there weren’t loads of options. We were warmly welcomed and really enjoyed our nights at the Caravansaray. The hotel is in a renovated 19th-century historic building, which gives you a special chance to experience local architecture and culture. Keep in mind when booking that the rooms are small and don’t have windows, as was the case centuries ago. The service and room quality were both spectacular. I absolutely recommend it!

Aziz and the hotel team gave us perfect service during two lovely days in this beautifully restored hotel. The location is AA. My only suggestion would be to add chairs to the room.

The homemade breakfast was lovely and delicious, and the cleanliness is hilarious. The staff make you feel comfortable and very welcome. Everything was absolutely perfect, it couldn’t have been better. I really recommend booking this unique, awesome state monument! ✨
