The breakfast is wonderful, served upstairs with a city view. Everything felt delightful: the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and the place is super clean with friendly people. Ask for a room with windows, it's only a little more expensive and much nicer. Highly recommend!

The staff were terrible. They said the spa would be open in the morning, but when we went, we were told it had been broken for three days. The same receptionist, Jahongir, had laughed when we asked for a second key and said it couldn't be done. Also, the shuttle is only free if you book it at least 12 hours in advance.

We were already tired from traveling, so I just wanted to get some rest. I'd booked through Agoda about a month ahead and had a confirmation for 2025, with a screenshot as proof. On check-in day, another confirmation suddenly came through showing next year, 2026, which left us confused. At the hotel, the receptionist couldn't find our reservation and offered to create one there. I said I'd rather book again on the app, but he insisted that booking directly would be easier, though it would cost an extra $5. He then claimed the card machine was broken and they only took cash. We had no Uzbek som yet, and his odd, pushy questions about whether we had som or US dollars made me uncomfortable. So I booked another hotel online. While we waited for a taxi to leave, the receptionist suddenly said the card machine was working after all and we could go to our room. It felt like a scam. I don't know whether he was new and untrained or doing this intentionally, but the experience was awful. I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else. My advice is to book somewhere else.

The hotel is nice and close to the airport, and I really liked the pool with its separate timetables for men and women. Watch out for the exchange rate they use when you pay.

It's near the airport, though a bit far from the city. The rooms are clean and thoughtfully designed, and I was glad to find bidets in the bathrooms. None of the other hotels we stayed at in Uzbekistan had them. The staff were all wonderful. Mr Salahuddin at reception was considerate and very helpful, arranging our ride to the airport. Ms Maryam helped at check-in, and Ms sitoria from the cleaning staff was gentle and friendly. Breakfast could use more choice. It would be nice to have eggs made to order, since not everyone likes Bull's eye.
