King Plaza Hotel

The breakfast was the worst part, truly awful and nothing like the online photos. There was no restaurant in the hotel, and no decent cafe or restaurant nearby, so getting food was inconvenient. We paid $116 per night, but the quality felt closer to a $25 stay. The 9.0 Booking rating and attractive photos, especially the breakfast and facilities, led us to book, but many photos weren't real and didn't match what we found. Our first room felt like a basement cell, so we asked to move. The second wasn't much better: the TV didn't work, staff kept ignoring our request about it, the bedsheets weren't fresh or clean, and we had to call staff repeatedly for basic things. Only one person was somewhat helpful, I think her name was Munira, while the others seemed uninterested. I don't understand the high Booking reviews or how people call it “wonderful”; maybe they haven't stayed at other hotels in this price range. It was overpriced, misleading, and far below our expectations. I hope they improve the service and use real photos so future guests aren't as disappointed as we were.

The room was clean and big, with no bad smell, and I liked the hotel. The only things missing were coffee and the complimentary fruit shown in the photo. Everything else was good. I'll be back soon 🏩😍

The rooms are A1, but breakfast was very bad, with nothing to eat. Always choose a hotel with good breakfast.

Miss Shirin at reception guided us well and made check-in smooth and hassle-free. She was cooperative, helpful, professional, and friendly, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay at The King Plaza. We had a great experience and highly recommend it.
