Breakfast on the traditional porch was a highlight on my second and third mornings, and they even packed one for me on the first day when I had a 7:45 a.m. tour. It was generous each time. The rooms open onto a lovely central courtyard, with a high-ceilinged Uzbek porch and slender columns along one side. The guesthouse is family-run by young men, around 25 to 30, who speak excellent English. It’s in the Chorsu district, about a 15-minute walk from the Grand Bazaar, on a narrow alley off Beruiy Shoh Ko'chasi Avenue. The lane isn’t glamorous, but it didn’t feel unsafe. My spacious, clean double room had its own bathroom and was for my use alone. There was bottled water, tea, a fridge, and a kettle, and the room was cleaned daily. Wi-Fi worked very well. Cash only for payment.

The family were so kind, and my room was quiet, comfortable, and very clean. Breakfast was amazing. I stayed for two nights last year and had an exceptional stay. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for one night after a year living in Tashkent, and it was a lovely way to end my time in the city. The old streets around the hotel felt like a welcome change from the modern high-rises elsewhere. Chorsu Bazaar and several traditional restaurants are within walking distance. The building has been beautifully renovated, and the rooms are tastefully decorated. It’s a lovely family-run place with excellent service. I’d recommend it without hesitation.

Breakfast on the patio was delicious, and the owner brought a lot of positive energy. The hotel is family-run, with professional service, and it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Chorsu Market and the metro are just a few minutes away on foot. Amazing place.

The reception guys were really friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. My room was spotless and nicely decorated. It’s a beautiful, cozy hotel by Chorsu Market, in a quiet, safe area. Everything felt perfect to me, a 10/10. I’d absolutely recommend it and would happily stay again.
