The location is convenient for the city center, and the room was quiet with a comfortable bed. The facilities seemed fairly new and clean, and staff were friendly at first. But the shower stayed barely warm while the basin had hot water, and its clogged drain left water pooling after each use. We reported it and were told it would be fixed, but nothing changed. Housekeeping also missed refilling the shampoo and shower gel, and breakfast was a very basic buffet with little variety, not even Murabbo jam. Getting our registration and invoice sorted was frustrating. They said a government technical error had stopped the registration, then resisted giving us a printed invoice and suggested we take a photo of the screen. My wife asked again, and they said they'd hand it over the next morning. I had to insist at the desk myself, and then it took 15 minutes to print. It felt like they were putting us off instead of helping. The location and beds were good, but we had to push for basic repairs and paperwork.

Right in central Tashkent, Alpha Plaza is within walking distance of the main tourist spots, or you can get there by taxi. The reception staff were really friendly, and our room looked newly built and was clean. Breakfast had plenty of tasty, clean food. The price was in line with other good hotels in central Tashkent.

You can walk to the city square, and the service was good. The hotel looks new and fancy, and we got fresh bottles of water, tea, and coffee every day. Some power outlets didn't work, including one we tried for the hair dryer, though there was another working outlet.

The rooms were clean and new, though there was nowhere to hang clothes, and the shower water was lukewarm. The location worked well for us, just a short walk from the metro and restaurants. We had a nice stay until they charged us $65 over toothpaste marks on the towels, which washed off easily with water. I can see other reviewers have run into the same issue.

The people working here made the stay for me. They were very friendly, caring, and ready to help with anything, so don't hesitate to ask them. The rooms were clean in this brand-new hotel, the beds were comfortable enough, and breakfast was nice. The bathroom was spacious and had a separate bidet, and they even put drinking water in our room. A few things could be better: there were no mosquito screens on the windows, and the shower tap was so high-tech that it was hard to figure out. I wish it were simpler. The SPA prices also seemed somewhat higher than at other SPAs in town. Still, it was one of my best stays, and I'd definitely recommend it for a short visit in this category.
