The service is what made this stay stand out. I arrived late and asked for help booking a train ticket for the next morning. The staff handled it all, booked and printed the ticket, and even arranged and paid for a taxi to the station. They were easy to approach and clearly cared about making things comfortable. I rarely get such attentive, friendly service. It made my first days in Uzbekistan easy, and I hope to return and stay longer. I was at Qushbegi Plaza Hotel for one night before heading to Samarkand. It’s only a few minutes by car from Tashkent Airport. The room was spacious and comfortable, with complimentary water and plenty of toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer, toothpaste, and toothbrushes. Breakfast had lots of options, and the downstairs dining area was pleasant. Highly recommended.

The pool and gym were especially good, and I appreciated the thoughtful details, from the quality linens to the tasty breakfast. The staff went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed, and customer satisfaction clearly matters here. On arrival, everyone was warm and helpful, check-in went smoothly, and my room was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped. I was very pleased with my stay at Qushbegi Plaza Hotel and would gladly return. Highly recommend QUSHBEGI PLAZA HOTEL to anyone visiting the area.

We really enjoyed the hotel. It was clean and cozy, and we liked the breakfasts too. Thanks so much to the people who checked us in, Asadbek, Dilshod, Xusan, and to all the hotel workers. We’ll come back next year.

The agency had mixed up our booking dates, and the hotel kindly gave us an extra night to make up for the one we missed. That was very nice of them. The rooms were clean and well furnished, with good WiFi and the biggest bed I’ve ever seen. The staff were very kind, and breakfast was really good. It’s also close to the airport. We’ve stayed in many 3-star hotels in Uzbekistan, and this one clearly deserves 4 stars. Thanks for making our stay pleasant.
