The staff were kind, polite, and always willing to help. A special thanks to the owner, an inspiring lady who runs the hotel with love, care, and grace despite her advanced age. Her warm welcome made me feel at home. The hotel is right in the heart of Old Bukhara, surrounded by history, culture, and lovely streets to explore. Its design draws on traditional Uzbek heritage houses, with architectural details that reflect the country's rich history and culture while keeping things simple, calm, and comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer. It's a peaceful, authentic place that touched my heart and will stay in my memory. Highly recommended, and absolutely worth a visit.

The family running Boutique Devon are incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Their service feels thoughtful, personal, and genuine, and the comfortable, charming stay made me feel at home. It's a hidden gem, tucked right in the heart of Old Bukhara while still being surprisingly peaceful and quiet. Highly recommended!

The courtyard is gorgeous, the location excellent, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are lovely, and breakfast was great. The ladies who organise it really go above and beyond. One issue: the step-in bath and shower felt unstable when stepping out. A shower-only setup would work for people of all ages.

The location is handy, on a quiet street near the main pedestrian street and restaurants. The hotel has a lovely interior, and my room was clean. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast felt underwhelming for what we paid, especially with only instant coffee.

The location is amazing, and the staff were really kind and helpful. But I found the room so dirty that I slept on my scarf to avoid touching the bed. I also counted at least six ants on the floor. If you don't mind a little company from the animal kingdom, you may be more comfortable than I was.
