Faxriddin Old City Hotel

The location is handy, close to the city center, and we appreciated being allowed to stay until 5 PM on departure day for $10 since our train was in the evening. The air conditioning worked well and the room was fairly clean, though the towels had stains. Sleep was uncomfortable: the mattress was very soft and sagged in places, and the bed creaked whenever we moved. Sound insulation was poor too. Our first night was sleepless because a noisy family with small children arrived late and acted as if they had the whole place to themselves. There was only one bin, in the bathroom, so another in the room would have been useful for empty water bottles. Breakfast was basic and repetitive, the same eggs, sausages, and fruit every day. The dining room had no air conditioning and felt like a sauna in the heat. Smells from the bathroom spread into the sleeping area, and the room smelled noticeably of smoke when we entered, despite the no-smoking policy. The convenient location and late checkout were positives, but the noise, uncomfortable bed, limited breakfast, and smells made the stay far from ideal.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and breakfast was huuuge, with a mix of sweet and savory dishes 😅. The young team were friendly, efficient, and always smiling, with great hospitality. Really good value for the price. Highly recommended +++ Many thanks to both of you 👌🏻

Nice, clean place. I recommend it 😍

A good hotel in a good location.
