I was left out on the street, alone. I’d booked through booking, but when I arrived they showed me a different room and it was dirty. Luckily I wasn’t alone at first, so I could leave right away. The elderly woman at reception was aggressive and rude, telling me to get out. I’ve never felt so put down in Uzbekistan. The hotel manager refused to refund me, but after I opened a dispute, Booking returned my money. Avoid this place, it was really bad.

The rooms were very clean and the hotel is well located, but we had almost no water pressure and couldn’t get warm water. There wasn’t a hair dryer either. The water problem was hard to deal with, so after one night we moved to another hotel in Buchara that didn’t have these issues.

Omit (sorry if I got the spelling wrong) went above and beyond, and the staff made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. My room was spotless, and the hotel is just minutes from lots of attractions. Great choice!

The rooms are roomy and clean, and WiFi is available. It’s especially suitable for families and Russian speaking guests. The hotel is in an excellent spot in the old city.

The people were lovely and the service was the best. It’s a nice place to stay, close to the main Old City Bokhara and the main square, where there’s good food and shopping.
