The breakfast portions were the biggest we had on our trip around Uzbekistan, and it was very nice. Our bedroom was spacious, the shower was good, and the owners were kind and helpful. We had an excellent stay and fully recommend it.

The price was very affordable for what you get, so it felt like great value. Everything was clean, and the AC worked perfectly, which we really needed. Breakfast was great too. The owner sometimes seemed in a less than great mood or not very interested in chatting, but she was always kind when we interacted.

We were in the room by the living room, and it was extremely noisy. We could hear people washing dishes at 1 in the morning. There was no fan, and light from the house came straight through the windows at night.

The location was excellent, with tourist attractions just steps away and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Our room was clean, new, and comfortable, and the host was so welcoming it felt like being at home. Breakfast was good, though there weren’t many options. In the morning there was no water in the toilet or bath. We were told the Government was doing maintenance, but just before checkout the host turned on the pump and the water came back. The host seemed greedy for money and tried to charge for every little thing.

The room was spacious and the location was okay, but the owner seemed extremely greedy. She tried to charge for everything, even using the toilet or charging a phone. There wasn’t a fan in the room or common area. I wouldn’t recommend it if you have similar options.
