I had booked two months ahead, but when I arrived late at night with my voucher, the staff said they had no idea about my reservation. I was confused and worried I'd been scammed. Another employee looked at the voucher and found that the booking service had been changed a month earlier. I was furious that they had switched online booking platforms without doing anything for people who had already booked. It was past midnight, the staff weren't responding, and I was left bewildered even though I hadn't done anything wrong. In the end, tired and alone, I had to go find somewhere to stay myself. The worst experience and time I had in Bukhara. Hotel management, wake up. ㅗ.ㅗ

We had dinner at the restaurant and really enjoyed the food. The rooftop was open, though it was a little windy.

The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. I couldn't have enjoyed the stay as much without them, and I'd book here again if I get the chance to return to Bukhara. The location was amazing too, and both my room and the hotel rooftop had the best tower view. Breakfast was good as well. One of the best hotel stays I've had.

I went to other places to look for a sunset spot, but the rooftop bar and restaurant upstairs was definitely the best place I found in Bukhara. The view is amazing, and the staff were efficient and really kind. They had nice drinks at reasonable prices too. Highly recommended, see pictures.
