They canceled our booking on the day we were due to arrive. It feels like they overbook, then send guests to one of their less prominent hotels and blame the previous management. We refused to go along with it. Don’t leave your money with them.

My room, 201, was roomy and comfortable, a good place to unwind after walking around the city. Breakfast was generous and had plenty of choice, especially compared with similar hotels in the United States. I stayed three nights at the end of September 2025, and everything felt fresh and modern. Misgaron is right in Bukhara’s old city, close to the main sights, and the service was exceptional. I was very happy with the comfort, hospitality, and atmosphere, and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Bukhara.

When we arrived, none of the rooms in our booking were available. They had overbooked and gave us an excuse. Not impressed. Avoid booking here if you don't want to arrive and then have to find somewhere else to spend the night.
