The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms were clean, especially the shower. The water pressure was decent, though I wished more water came out. Breakfast was excellent, and the towels were fresh. The old city and main sights are about a 15-20 minute walk away. The owner was welcoming and accommodating, and even returned extra cash I’d accidentally paid. A safe choice, just be prepared for the very rough toilet paper used around Bukhara.

We found the place quiet and restful, with comfortable beds and a hearty breakfast that had everything we needed. It’s only about a seven-minute walk to the Old Town. The villa and rooms are stylish, spotless, and well maintained, and the Wi-Fi worked quickly throughout. Behruz and his wife were especially kind and helpful. It felt like a lovely hidden gem.

Getting into the city center takes a little longer, but there’s a bus stop nearby and Yandex Taxi is an option. The place itself had everything just right, and the owner was so kind. I’m glad I chose to stay here.
